Can I just walk in without booking?
Yes, during service hours you can bring your bags straight to the office, no appointment needed.
What if I land very early or need to drop off after hours?
Call us at least an hour ahead and we will meet you at the door, any day, any time.
Can you pick my bags up from the airport or my hotel?
Yes, we collect from O'Hare or your hotel and tag every bag before it moves.
Will my bags be delivered back to the terminal when I fly out?
Yes, tell us your flight time and we will have your bags at the terminal when you need them.
How do I know my bags will not get mixed up?
Every bag gets its own numbered tag when we take it, so what goes out matches what came in.
